BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

The following booking conditions and cancellation policy applies WITH NO EXCEPTION:

  1. Mastercard or Visa card details are required at booking for a security bond.
  2. Full payment will be requested by EFT one week prior to arrival.
  3. PEAK bookings will require a 50% deposit 2 months before arrival date.,by EFT.(Peak times are Xmas/January holidays,school holidays Easter, Leeuwin Concert,event weekends, and all long weekend public holidays).

CANCELLATIONS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – By booking with Prevelly Villas you agree to the cancellation policy stated below.

Since we are a small group of Holiday Homes, late cancellations have a significant impact. If a reservation is cancelled, the following applies:

  1. Non-peak bookings require 14 days notice of cancellation. Cancellations within 14 days will be authorized to charge full  tariff from the credit card, if the house remains vacant.
  2. Peak bookings require 50% deposit before arrival date by EFT . Cancelled peak bookings will be refunded as the house is re-booked, partially or fully.
  3. The number of guests in the house must not exceed the number stated on the booking. The maximum number is six (6), unless otherwise arranged with owners.
  4. Guests are expected to take due care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy state at the end of the holiday. Excessive cleaning will incur a $50 cleaning fee, deducted from the credit card.Similarly any damage  replacement,or repair,will be charged to the credit card.
